What You Bring to the Bar

- High-Volume Expertise: Extensive experience working behind busy, premium bars. You are efficient, highly organized, and thrive when the room is fully packed.
- Beverage Curiosity: A strong foundation in spirits, classic cocktails, and wine, alongside a desire to keep learning and sharing that knowledge approachably.
- Proactive Awareness: You anticipate needs before they happen, whether that is prepping the next batch, keeping the service well flawless, or greeting a guest the moment they sit down.
- Zero Ego: You value team cohesion, transparent communication with the floor staff, and maintaining a positive,



supportive work environment during peak hours.
- Cleanliness & Pride: You take immense pride in a clean, organized workspace and managing a high-volume service ticket well without breaking a sweat.
