We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Bartender to provide excellent beverage service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.

- Take guest orders and provide professional customer service.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

- Process cash and card transactions accurately.

- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service requirements.

- Restock beverages, glassware, ice, and bar supplies.

- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

- Previous bartending experience preferred.

- Valid Smart Serve Certification required in Ontario.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Available for evenings, weekends, and events as required.

- Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
