: Bartender – Parkway Social

At Parkway Social, we’ve taken the beloved Parkway Lanes you grew up with and reimagined it into a one-stop shop for next-level fun. From upgraded bowling and retro arcade games to a high-energy laser tag facility, VIP event spaces, and now, our newly renovated Mezzanine Lounge — we’re raising the bar in entertainment… and behind it too.

We’re on the hunt for creative, confident, and experienced bartenders who are passionate about crafting memorable guest experiences and staying ahead of drink trends. If shaking things up (literally and figuratively) is your vibe — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Craft and serve signature cocktails, trending beverages, and classic favorites with precision and flair.
- Engage guests with a friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable approach to drink service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools, garnishes, and ingredients are stocked and fresh.
- Assist with creating or suggesting seasonal drink features and menu enhancements based on current industry trends.
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with serving staff and management to ensure seamless service across all lounge and event areas.
- Uphold Parkway Social’s reputation for quality, creativity, and unforgettable service.

What You Bring to the Table (and the Bar):





- Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Extensive knowledge of current drink trends, cocktail techniques, and spirits.
- Smart Serve Certification – Mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Team-oriented with a great attitude and professional appearance.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.

Standard Shifts:

4:00 pm – Close | 3-5 shifts per week
