Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage Square POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bar or banquet settings, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support banquet operations by managing high-volume service during peak hours or events.




- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a bustling environment.
- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the venue.

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- At least two (2) years of bartending experience within the last 3 years
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing purposes.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy periods.
- Familiarity with distilling processes to enhance your versatility behind the bar, while working within a Distillery.
