Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and skilled Bell Person / Shuttle Driver to join our hotel Guest Services team .

This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will assist with luggage, welcome and escort guests, provide information about the hotel and local area, and safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide qualified and courteous service.
- Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
- Assist with luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery.
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle for guest transportation.
- Provide scheduled or on-demand shuttle service to and from the airport and other approved destinations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance and lobby area.




- Assist the Front Desk and other hotel departments with guest requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry guest luggage safely.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a hotel shuttle vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
