Role Description The Benefits Specialist role at AO Globe Life is a full-time remote position focused on supporting policyholders and prospective clients with their insurance and benefits needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining coverage options, assisting with enrolment, and guiding individuals and families through claims and perks processes.

The Benefits

Specialist responds to inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring accurate information, clear communication, and a positive customer experience. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products,

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration and familiarity with insurance plan structures.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for working with diverse individuals and families.
- Relevant experience in insurance, benefits, or a related financial services field is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional certifications in benefits, HR, or insurance are a plus.
