We are growing our virtual team and looking for dependable, motivated professionals who enjoy working directly with people. Our representatives support individuals and families by helping them explore available benefit solutions, understand their options, and receive continued assistance when their needs change. The position combines client service, relationship management, and sales in a fully remote setting.

New team members receive training and ongoing support to help them become confident in the role.

What Your Role Will Look Like

You will communicate with new and existing clients primarily through scheduled phone and video meetings. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, you will ask questions, learn about each client's situation, and provide information on solutions that may meet their needs. Once a client moves forward, you will assist with the necessary steps and remain available as a point of contact for future questions, changes, and service requests.

Typical responsibilities include: Connect with clients through scheduled virtual consultations. Identify individual needs, priorities, and coverage interests. Introduce clients to available benefit solutions and explain how they work.

Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information. Assist with applications and required enrollment steps. Coordinate and confirm upcoming client appointments. Reconnect with existing clients for reviews, changes, or additional assistance.

Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and follow-up activity. Develop professional relationships that encourage long-term client satisfaction.

Participate in online coaching, training, and team development.

Work toward personal performance targets and contribute to broader team objectives.

The Person

We're Looking For You don't need previous industry experience to get started. We value communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and the willingness to learn.

Candidates should be: Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and through video calls. Able to communicate information clearly and professionally. Self-directed and capable of staying productive without constant supervision.

Organized and comfortable managing appointments and follow-up tasks. Reliable and consistent in their day-to-day responsibilities. Open to feedback, coaching, and continued learning. Comfortable navigating computers and web-based platforms.

Goal-oriented and motivated by personal development and results. Previous experience in customer service, sales, account management, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment can be beneficial, but it is not required.

What You Can Expect

This opportunity is designed to provide flexibility while giving team members the resources to develop professionally. Work entirely from home. Flexible approach to scheduling. Structured onboarding and training.

Continued mentorship and coaching. Competitive, performance-focused compensation. Ongoing skill and career development. Opportunities to move into advanced and leadership roles. Virtual team support and collaboration.

Long-term opportunities for individuals who perform well and want to grow.
