Mission: Turn governed data into trusted analytics, dashboards, and self-service reporting for the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain semantic/reporting layers, curated data marts, and reusable metric definitions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in the organization's BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sigma).
- Partner with business analysts and domain SMEs to translate requirements into consistent, well-defined metrics.
- Establish a single source of truth for business definitions and enforce data-quality standards in reporting.
- Enable self-service by building certified datasets, documentation, and light-touch training for business users.
- Monitor dashboard performance and usage, retiring stale content and optimizing high-traffic reports.
Typical qualifications:
- 3+ years in BI/analytics engineering
- Robust SQL and data-visualization skills
- Hands-on experience with a major BI platform and dimensional modelling
- Experience with dbt or a semantic-layer tool a plus
- Excellent communication

This role operates under a hybrid work model and requires employees to work from the office a minimum of two days per week.
