Responsibilities

- Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage HR programs related to onboarding, training & development, performance management, and succession planning to promote continuous employee growth.
- Payroll processing with systems like Dayforce to ensure accurate data collection and reporting for payroll accuracy.
- Facilitate change management initiatives during organizational restructuring or policy updates to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.

Skills - Bilinguial - English and French





- Extensive experience in human resources management with a focus managing complex HR functions.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition including interviewing techniques, HR sourcing strategies
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Expertise in employee relations practices coupled with excellent communication skills to foster engagement across diverse teams.
- Skilled in negotiation, program management, and process improvement methodologies to optimize HR operations.
- Familiarity with training & development programs along with budgeting responsibilities for HR initiatives.
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to human resources policies and employment law across various regions.
