Midtown Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Bodyshop Receptionist to join our team!

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced automotive setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and assist customers in the Bodyshop
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Assist with repair orders, paperwork, and customer updates
- Communicate with technicians, estimators, insurance companies, and customers
- Help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience

- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
