We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store and warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies to maximize profits, managing distribution team and achieving all financial targets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer experience.

The candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team workplace.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and pricing.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.




- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profits.
- Maintain a clean and organized store workplace.
- Manage the warehouse team and transfer distribution
- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,024.00 per year
