Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients for breakfast dishes
- Serve guests promptly with friendly and professional attitude, maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for breakfast service




- Follow all food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy morning hours

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in breakfast or brunch settings
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
