Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Breakfast Server to join our hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests enjoying their morning meal, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience. Your main focus will be delivering prompt, courteous service while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling breakfast specials and beverages to enhance their experience.
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.




- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables, practicing effective time management to deliver excellent guest service.

Skills

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
