:

A Bridge Man assists in the construction, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of bridges and related structures. They work with crews to install and remove formwork, place and finish concrete, erect structural steel components, perform demolition, and operate hand and power tools. The role requires working at heights, following strict safety procedures, reading construction drawings, and collaborating with supervisors and equipment operators to complete bridge projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Construct, repair, and maintain bridge structures.
- Install and remove concrete forms and falsework.
- Place, finish, and cure concrete.
- Assist with reinforcing steel installation.
- Perform demolition and rehabilitation work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Follow project specifications and safety regulations.




- Work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site.

Qualifications:

- Experience in bridge or heavy civil construction preferred.
- Ability to read construction drawings and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., fall protection, WHMIS, first aid) may be required.

Pay: $33.00-$52.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
