Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide information on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
- Solid organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records
- Experience in cashiering or handling financial transactions
- Proficiency in computer operation for POS systems and inventory management




- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
- Ability to upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Frenchify
- Knowledge of Excel for basic data entry and reporting
