Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and answer any questions about menu options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe workplace for guests and staff




- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Experience

- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Proven time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards
