The Senior

Estimator will report to the Estimating Manager and is crucial for developing precise cost estimates.

Required skills include detailed quantity take-offs, subcontractor pricing, and labor/material market analysis. You're expected to attend pre-tender meetings, evaluate proposals, and ensure comprehensive estimates. Key Responsibilities:

- Solicit supplier quotations for materials and equipment
- Prepare accurate estimates based on quantity take-offs
- Recommend cost scenarios based on analysis
- Quantify all aspects of tender documents
- Advise on cost and schedule fluctuations Requirements:
- 8+ years as an estimator in ICI construction
- Eligible for or attained PQS, CET, or P. Eng designation
- Experience with estimating software like On-screen Takeoff
