Join our dynamic team as a Bus Driver and become a vital part of our transportation network! In this energetic role, you will ensure safe, reliable, and friendly transportation for passengers, contributing to their daily journeys with professionalism and care. Your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service to diverse communities.

This paid position offers the chance to develop your driving skills and make a positive impact every day. Shift operation hours are from 6am to 3pm and 3pm to midnight. 3 mornings, 3 afternoon, 3 days off.

Duties

- Safely operate buses along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking mechanical components and maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents or maintenance issues
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and passengers using effective communication skills to relay information or handle concerns
- Ensure passenger safety by enforcing safety rules and managing onboard conduct responsibly




- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting mechanical issues promptly

Experience

- Valid Class 4 unristricited driver’s license.
- Mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and assist with maintenance needs
- Strong communication skills in English for clear interaction with passengers and team members
- Prior experience in commercial driving or transportation is required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Customer service experience demonstrating friendly, helpful interactions with diverse populations
- Ability to follow detailed routes and schedules accurately while maintaining safety standards
