About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst - AI & Transformation to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence, automation, and business intelligence initiatives within an international organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, designing innovative solutions, and supporting the deployment of AI-driven processes.

Your expertise will help streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making across various departments. This position requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 1-4 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, consulting, or project delivery. A strong ability to understand complex business problems, structure ideas logically,



and design practical, scalable solutions is essential. While technical expertise is not mandatory, familiarity with AI concepts such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or automation through professional, academic, or personal projects is highly desirable.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, will be considered an asset. Additionally, a good understanding of Power BI, KPIs, and business reporting is key. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a curious, proactive, autonomous attitude and adaptability to fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business needs to translate them into clear functional requirements. You will identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation to enhance existing processes and contribute to solution design. Supporting projects from initial concept through implementation, you will build agents and workflows using tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

You will support Power BI initiatives by defining KPIs, gathering reporting requirements,



and developing dashboards to visualize key metrics. Additionally, you will define test scenarios, establish acceptance criteria, and validate solutions with business users to ensure alignment with their needs. Supporting change management activities, including training and user adoption, will be a key part of your role.

You will also prepare presentations, recommendations, and project updates for both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
