Analyst II, OPL , to join our growing team! Monitor trends to identify opportunities for user training and system changes and enhancements Test system changes Act as a subject matter expert for personal insurance systems Support in the analysis of business requirements for changes existing systems (Bug Fixes) Perform any other duties relating to production support as assigned by your manager.



Minimum of 3 years experience as Business Analyst Demonstrated Experience with Claims tools/processes (Contact Claims and Contact 360) Project management experience, an asset Experience in production support Strong ability to investigate and analyse problems of a technical nature Knowledge of the Auto & Home insurance industry (asset).

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
