Position Description: Business AnalystAbout the Role The team is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst who is passionate about automation, governance, and responsible innovation. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every automation, application, and AI use case entering our pipeline is complete, compliant, and aligned with the client's governance standards before progressing through security, privacy, and stakeholder approvals.

As the bridge between business stakeholders, citizen developers, platform teams, and governance groups, you will help transform ideas into scalable, secure solutions while protecting the organization against application sprawl, duplicate solutions, inconsistent data practices, unmanaged integrations, and security risks.





This role combines business analysis, governance oversight, stakeholder management, and Power Platform expertise. Success requires robust analytical skills, the ability to challenge assumptions, and the confidence to hold teams accountable to established governance processes.
