We are actively looking for a Mortgage LOS Product Owner / Consultant with robust experience in Canadian Mortgage Origination, Mortgage LOS/POS platforms, and Product Ownership / Business Analysis.

Key Requirements

Experience in Mortgage Origination & Lending

Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Point of Sale (POS) platforms

Strong Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst background

Experience working with Canadian Banks, Credit Unions, Mortgage Lenders, or Mortgage Technology Implementations

Expertise in Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Backlog Management, and Stakeholder Management

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

French language proficiency is highly preferred

Preferred Experience:

Mortgage LOS platforms such as Finastra, Filogix, Lendesk, Encompass, nCino, LendingPad, or similar

Canadian Mortgage & Banking Domain Knowledge

Experience supporting mortgage transformation or digital lending initiatives
