Wiznry AI is building the AI brain for real-world systems.
Most organizations already have the information they need, but it is often buried in documents, scattered across tools, locked in conversations, or dependent on human memory. Wiznry AI turns fragmented operational information into intelligence that can understand context, support decisions, take action, and improve over time.
We build AI systems that sit on top of existing workflows and infrastructure, transforming information into structured, usable intelligence. Our goal is not simply to automate tasks, but to make real-world systems more intelligent - enabling them to organize information, understand what is happening, act in real time, and continuously learn.
We are applying this approach in environments where information is fragmented, decisions are frequent, and outcomes matter. Today, our work spans areas including allied healthcare and property operations, with a broader vision to build the intelligence layer that real-world systems are missing.
As a Business Analyst within the Product Management team, you will play a critical role in helping define how our AI products solve complex, real-world problems. You will work at the intersection of customers, operations, product, data, AI, and engineering - turning ambiguous challenges and fragmented workflows into clear product opportunities and actionable requirements.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will help uncover how real-world systems work, identify where intelligence can create meaningful leverage, and translate those insights into product requirements that guide the development of scalable AI-powered solutions.
What you will do
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer problems, operational workflows, business objectives, and the systems our products are designed to improve.
- Analyze complex and fragmented processes, information flows,
and decision-making workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven intelligence, automation, and optimization.
- Translate ambiguous business and operational problems into clearly defined product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure product requirements accurately reflect real-world needs and can be translated into scalable product solutions.
- Conduct discovery and research to understand how users interact with existing systems, where information breaks down, and where AI can create meaningful improvements.
- Map processes, systems, data sources, and user journeys to identify dependencies, inefficiencies, gaps, and high-leverage product opportunities.
- Help define how information should be structured, connected, and surfaced to enable AI systems to understand context and support intelligent actions.
- Analyze product, customer, and operational data to identify patterns, validate assumptions, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions.
- Support product prioritization by helping evaluate opportunities based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Define and track key product and operational metrics to measure whether solutions are improving decision-making, efficiency, utilization, responsiveness, or other meaningful outcomes.
- Bring structure to complex and ambiguous problems by developing clear analyses, hypotheses, recommendations, and product requirements.
What you bring
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous business problems into structured insights and actionable requirements.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a product management role within a technology, SaaS, data, or AI-driven environment.
- Experience working closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and translating different perspectives into transparent, cohesive product definitions.
- Comfort working with qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, validate opportunities, and support product decision-making.
- Strong understanding of product development, including discovery, problem definition, requirements gathering, prioritization, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
- Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in understanding how emerging technologies can create meaningful value in real-world operational environments.
- Ability to think beyond individual features and understand broader systems, workflows, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where problems may not be fully defined and where bringing clarity is a core part of the role.
- A strong product mindset, with a focus on understanding the underlying problem before defining the solution.
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, data platforms, or other complex operational environments is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
