What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for developing and managing your own business activity, including:

- Building relationships with prospective clients and customers
- Conducting structured conversations and interviews remotely
- Implementing online marketing and lead-generation strategies
- Following established business and marketing systems
- Supporting customers in the areas of personal and leadership development
- Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development
- Developing your own leadership, communication and business capabilities
- Managing your own schedule, priorities and business activity





Who We’re Looking For This prospect may suit professionals with experience in areas such as:

- Executive, leadership or business coaching
- Mentoring or consulting
- Leadership and people development
- Learning and development
- Business development
- Senior management or professional services

You’ll ideally be someone who is:

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experienced in communicating and building relationships with people
- Open to learning new marketing and business development skills
- Personally committed to continued growth and development
- Comfortable taking responsibility for your own activity and results
- Interested in being part of a collaborative professional community while maintaining your independence

The Working Model You will manage your own working hours and business activity and can work from a location that suits you.

You’ll work independently while having access to training, systems, mentorship and a wider global community.
