We are looking for a passionate strategist and innovator to pioneer fresh ideas, forge impactful connections, and expand our key trade partnerships. You will design and drive high-impact local marketing programs that maximize sales, drive passenger growth, and boost revenue across your territory. Above all, you will serve as an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for MSC Cruises, inspiring travel partners and consumers alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Growth & Unlock Opportunity: Continuously scout and develop new revenue streams across Western Quebec while nurturing strong, long-term trade relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with accounts to build dynamic monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategies. Help travel partners scale profitability and agilely adapt plans when market opportunities arise.
- Connection & Accessibility: Design an effective engagement plan to stay highly accessible to travel partners, fostering seamless, transparent communication.
- Smart Budget Management: Oversee and optimize your territory budget—including travel, Co-Op marketing,



and expenses—ensuring max ROI with monthly reviews.
- Local Marketing & Events: Actively support, co-create, and elevate trade partner marketing campaigns, promotions, and high-impact events.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics to deliver compelling monthly and quarterly business reviews to key accounts, turning data into actionable growth recommendations.
- Immersive Brand Experiences: Host engaging seminars, trade/consumer shows, cruise events, and Familiarization Cruises to ignite trade enthusiasm.
- Continuous Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve on corporate updates, policies, brand strategies, and industry trends to remain an authoritative industry voice.
- Agile Execution: Perform key job-related functions and embrace special initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements: Skills, Competencies and Experience

- Bilingual Communicator: Full fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required. (Additional languages are a fantastic bonus!)
- Training & Empowerment: Strong passion and ability for conducting training sessions, empowering travel partners with deep product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand updates.
- Education & Expertise: A University degree or College diploma is an asset, supported by a proven track record of outstanding sales achievements.
- Proven Sales Track Record: 3 to 5+ years of field sales experience with demonstrated success managing high-value contract negotiations ($500,000+).




- Strategic Marketer: Practical experience in co-creating, negotiating, and executing high-impact marketing plans.
- Tech-Savvy Advantage: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, PowerBI, and QlikSense. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Credible & Solution-Oriented: Ability to build instant credibility through deep product knowledge, consistent execution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Master Presenter & Negotiator: Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable inspiring both intimate groups and large audiences.
- Financial & Business Acumen: Strong capability to prepare and analyze Cost of Sale (CoS) metrics, paired with a sharp understanding of market dynamics and competitive trends.
- Self-Driven & Organized: High autonomy with exceptional time management skills to manage a dynamic territory independently.
- Mobility & Travel Ready: Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid Canadian Driver’s License with a clean driving record, and the ability to travel freely as required within Canada and to the USA.

Working Schedule & Perks
