Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Concord, ON.

The Business Development

Manager will oversee establishing new client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts,



maintaining current client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role involves creating reports on business development activities and supporting overall growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong abilities in Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Opportunity Identification
- Experienced in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Proposal Writing
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking Skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales forecasting and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Previous experience in staffing or a related industry is preferable
