Role: Business Development & Strategic Initiatives Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Type: Contract

Rate: CAD50/hr - CAD60/hr

We are seeking a Business Development & Strategic Initiatives Specialist to lead the design, development, and execution of strategic growth projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to break down complex business problems, analyze performance data, and implement key change management initiatives. You will also drive value creation for target customer segments while building comprehensive communication and business plans to support organizational goals.

- Required Skills: 6-10 years of relevant experience, post-secondary degree, Lean process improvement, project and process management, and data-driven decision making.
- Positive-to-Have Skills: Change management execution, stakeholder/relationship management, and experience in marketing/sales collateral development.

Key Skills: Lending Domain, Business Analysis, UAT Support, Jira, Confluence, Mainframe/Host Systems, Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management.

Technical Stack:

- Required: Jira, Confluence, Mainframe/Host system experience.
- Preferred/Bonus: CRIF, XAM, ALS platform familiarity.
