Job Summary

We are seeking a business-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and program delivery skills to lead business programs and product delivery initiatives within a Sales or Retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders, understanding strategic objectives, defining product requirements, driving business tool adoption, and delivering solutions that meet business needs.

Salesforce knowledge is a plus but not required , as this is a non-coding role. Development and technical implementation activities will be supported by the Worldwide (WW) Technology team .

The primary focus of this position is business program management and product delivery , acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business needs, and priorities.
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Retail, Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business objectives into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, dependencies, and communications.

Product Requirements & Delivery

- Define product requirements, business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into actionable features and delivery priorities.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business expectations.
- Support product roadmap planning, prioritization, and feature delivery.
- Track deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the program lifecycle.





Testing & Solution Validation

- Partner with business and technology teams to validate proposed solutions.
- Develop and review test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities.
- Gather feedback from business users and ensure issues are addressed before production deployment.
- Confirm that delivered solutions meet business requirements and intended outcomes.

Implementation & Adoption

- Lead business-side implementation activities and readiness initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new business tools, processes, and capabilities.
- Develop communication and change-management strategies to support successful adoption.
- Coordinate training, documentation, and user enablement activities.
- Monitor adoption and gather feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Program Management

- Lead business programs from requirements through implementation and adoption .
- Coordinate activities across business, product, technology, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of business outcomes within agreed timelines and priorities.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in business program management, product delivery, business analysis, or a related role .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into product features or actionable deliverables.
- Experience with UAT, solution validation, and implementation activities .
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of business tools, processes, or technology solutions.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Sales, Retail, Consumer, or related industry .
- Experience leading enterprise business programs or product delivery initiatives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/business platforms.
- Experience working with global or distributed technology teams.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum product delivery methodologies.
- Experience with change management and organizational adoption initiatives.

Technical Requirements

- This is primarily a business-focused, non-coding role .
- Salesforce or CRM platform knowledge is preferred but not mandatory .
- Development and technical implementation will be supported by the WW Technology team .
- Ability to effectively communicate business requirements and collaborate with technical teams is essential.
