Customerization is and Ontario based IT company building business systems — from Zoho CRM/ERP implementations to fully custom solutions — for clients ranging from 30 to 1,000 employees. We are looking to fill a combined 'Business Analyst & Project Manager' role: you'll gather client requirements and design optimal tech solutions, and plan and lead delivery through to launch.

Business Analysis Understand and analyze client business processes, available resources, documentation, and more

Design technology solutions in collaboration with our technical/dev team — spanning Zoho CRM, ERP, custom-built applications, and integrations

Support technical pre-sales: run solution demos, contribute to proposals

Project Delivery Define project scope, budget, phases

Groom tasks and manage concurrent projects in the PM software

Monitor timelines, budgets, progress, quality, and risks across multiple concurrent projects





Produce clear technical and business documentation

Build training materials and run client training sessions A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field — you need to understand tech and dev fundamentals, not just the business side

Experience implementing business applications (CRM, ERP, or similar) — including business process mapping and data modeling

Strong project management track record — planning, running teams, managing scope/timeline/risk

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Comfortable working with and directing AI‑assisted development, or genuinely curious and quick to pick it up

Comfortable in a small, fast-moving, versatile team

Able to run multiple projects/clients simultaneously

Strong personal time management
