Business System Analyst Resume Due Date : Friday, January 23rd, 2026(5:00 PM EST) Work Mode : Hybrid – 2 days remote Hourly Range : $90 – $95 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for the development backlog. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Create process flows, data models, and system diagrams to support development and architecture decisions. Facilitate communication between business, product, and technical teams to resolve ambiguities and drive project success. Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in software development. Proven experience translating business requirements into development-ready backlog items. Solid understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts and their application in modern software development.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
