Permanent, full-time Business Systems Analyst role supporting a growing payroll systems team for a complex, multi-jurisdictional North American payroll environment. High-ownership role providing Level 2/3 support for an enterprise SAP payroll platform, plus involvement in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects. Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their payroll systems team as it grows, providing Level 2 and 3 support for their North American payroll platform in a live production environment.

This role calls for someone with hands-on experience supporting end-to-end SAP payroll in production, along with the broader BSA responsibilities around improvement initiatives, testing, and cross-functional projects. This is a high-ownership, technically grounded role with real production support accountability, and an opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives beyond day-to-day payroll support.



Their HR Systems team is responsible for the sustainment and continuous improvement of enterprise payroll systems supporting a complex, multi-jurisdictional workforce.
