Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Assist servers by delivering food orders accurately and swiftly from the kitchen to tables
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and food handling tasks as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and proper disposal of trash
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer guest questions confidently and assist with special requests




- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling when necessary

Skills

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, including serving and food preparation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Familiarity with hospitality practices, including guest services and meal preparation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
