Job Overview

We are looking for experienced cabinet installers and Cabinetmaker to join our team.We specialize in high-end custom cabinetry, working with our client's by first understanding the vision and scope for the project, turning that into a plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and carpentry, with the ability to read and follow blueprints and design specifications. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in building, assembling, and installing high-quality cabinets and custom woodwork.

Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and custom cabinet installation. Build, assemble, and install cabinets according to specifications and design plans. CNC operation and assembly work.

Experience in cabinet fabrication and finishing within a production environment. Gluing, fitting, clamping, fastening, and reinforcing cabinet assemblies. Sanding and preparing surfaces for finishing.

Operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers and shapers, to cut, shape and form parts and components. Permanent Full Time Position with Overtime available. Starting wage can be discussed depending on woodworking skill level…

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and furniture.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment.




- Install cabinets and related fixtures on-site with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or furniture as needed.
- Measure spaces accurately for custom fitment and ensure proper alignment during installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Assist with other carpentry or construction tasks such as flooring installation, drywall work, or minor plumbing/electrical tasks if required.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction trades.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment.
- Experience in construction painting or handyman services is beneficial.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and quality control.
