Job Overview

We are a custom cabinetry manufacturer serving residential customers throughout the Quinte area. Our shop produces high-quality, made-to-order kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, entertainment units, fireplace surrounds, and other custom cabinetry.

We are looking for a full-time Cabinet Shop Production & Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team. This is a versatile position that will work in both our Panel Processing and Assembly Departments, depending on production requirements.

What You’ll Do

Panel Processing

● Operate and assist with automated woodworking equipment, including CNC machinery and an edge bander

● Load and unload sheet materials

● Process cabinet components through various machines

● Apply labels and organize components for production

● Sort and stack finished components for the next stage of manufacturing

● Maintain an organized and safe work area

Cabinet Assembly

● Assemble custom cabinetry to drawings and specifications

● Install hinges, drawer hardware and other accessories

● Install doors and drawer fronts

● Use hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery

● Inspect, adjust and prepare completed cabinets for shipping

This position provides the opportunity to learn multiple areas of cabinet manufacturing and woodworking and develop into a versatile member of our production team.

What We’re Looking For

● Previous woodworking, cabinetmaking or manufacturing experience is an asset





● Experience is not required; training will be provided to the right candidate

● Comfortable using hand and power tools

● Positive attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and specifications

● Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team

● Able to perform physical work, including lifting and handling sheet goods and cabinet components

● Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM The schedule includes two paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Compensation & Benefits

● $18.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience, knowledge and skill
