Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items, following quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, counters, and seating areas.




- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure customer safety.

Skills

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash transactions and register balancing.
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food preparation and hygiene practices.
- Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and serve customers efficiently.
