Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and care
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and give correct change using basic math skills
- Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,



and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising service quality

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or barista roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
