Job Summary

- Assist with the daily production of cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Prepare, weigh, and portion ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Assemble and finish products while following company quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with basic decorating and garnishing as directed.
- Package and label finished products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production workspace.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Restock ingredients and supplies and assist with inventory organization.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all products.
- Perform general cleaning, dishwashing, and equipment sanitation duties.
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications





- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or food production environment.
- Ability to follow recipes, production instructions, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Full time availability and at least one weekend day availability is required Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
