PEDORTHIST WANTED — JOIN THE KINETIC KONNECTION TEAM

Kinetic Konnection is looking for a Canadian Certified Pedorthist (C. Ped (C)) to join our established team.

For more than 19 years, Kinetic Konnection has helped clients move better through custom orthotics, bracing, compression therapy, and other orthopedic solutions. We have an established client base, strong referral relationships, and a team that is passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Pedorthist who enjoys working directly with patients and wants to become an important part of a busy, established clinic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Conducting comprehensive biomechanical and gait assessments
- Assessing patients for custom foot orthotics
- Casting/scanning and developing appropriate orthotic treatment plans
- Fitting and dispensing custom orthotics
- Completing follow-up appointments and modifications
- Providing footwear recommendations and patient education
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Working collaboratively with our Injury Management Consultants and clinic team
- Providing an outstanding patient experience from assessment through follow-up

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Canadian Certified Pedorthist — C. Ped (C)




- Member in good standing with the appropriate professional association
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Patient-focused and personable
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Organized and reliable
- Passionate about biomechanics, orthotics, footwear, and helping people stay active

Experience is an asset, but we are also open to speaking with the right newer Pedorthist who is looking for an opportunity to grow. WHY KINETIC KONNECTION?
