:

- Project Planning and Coordination: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities improvement, utilities, and minor construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulations.
- Budget and Cost Management: Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring costs remain within limits while optimizing resource usage.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Select and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project specifications.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including GMP and safety standards, through inspections and audits.
- Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify and address project risks or issues proactively to prevent delays and maintain quality.

Requirement:

- 3-5 years of project management experience in pharma related projects.
- MS Project or Primavera experience for Project scheduling
- Cost estimation and tracking experience
- Start to end project experience




- Engineering background (Pharma or Mechanical or Chemical/ Process engineering background)

In accordance with our compensation practices, ALTEN is providing the salary range associated with this opportunity. Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. The current target salary range for this role is $80,000 – $95,000 per year.
