Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Car Wash and Detail Shop Manager to lead and demonstrate our team in delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning services. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with solid organizational skills.

Duties

- Supervise daily shop operations, including vehicle washing, detailing, and customer service processes
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure team productivity and morale
- Oversee inventory purchasing, merchandising,



and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and promote services effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper cash handling procedures

Requirements
- Valid drivers license

Bonus is offered for performance Open to working one saturday a month

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
