We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Carpenter/Handyman Person to join our team and bring high quality of work, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to our diverse projects. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of construction, repair, and maintenance tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in carpentry, woodworking, and general handy repair work, while contributing to the improvement and upkeep of various properties. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, and lead a small team of 1-4 people on rare occasion based on project needs.

Location: Various locations (primarily residential and commercial properties)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of carpentry and handy work, including but not limited to repairs, installations, and renovations.
- Lead and supervise a small team, ensuring quality of execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Assess job requirements and prepare materials and tools needed for each project.




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during projects.
- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a carpenter/handy person with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
