Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled carpenter to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various aspects of building and restoration projects. This role offers an exciting prospect to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing a wide range of skills to deliver high-quality results. As a carpenter, you will play a vital part in transforming spaces, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency throughout each project.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques, siding, framing, and carpentry skills.
- Operate power tools safely to assist with site preparation, material handling, and finishing tasks.
- Perform tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining quality
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, including siding replacement and woodwork repairs.
- Use hand tools effectively for woodworking, framing,



and detailed carpentry work.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support construction activities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or related fields with a strong understanding of carpentry, building, and restoration techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency in new building
- Familiarity with siding installation and woodworking projects.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomic practices.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and safety protocols.
