Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential renovations to commercial builds, utilizing your carpentry skills and hands-on labour experience. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Install cabinetry, siding, roofing, flooring, tiles, and other finishing elements with precision
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with restoration projects including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and general handyman tasks
- Handle heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Support plumbing and electrical installations as needed under supervision
- Measure spaces accurately for siding, flooring, or tile laying projects




- Contribute to construction estimating by providing input on project scope and materials needed

Experience

- Previous construction experience or apprenticeship in carpentry or related trades preferred
- Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics
- Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and flooring installation
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safety practices
- Knowledge of rebar installation and masonry techniques is advantageous
- Experience in restoration work or general handyman tasks is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is beneficial but not mandatory
