Position Overview:

As a Carpenter with a focus on concrete forming, you'll work closely with our crew to build and shape the structures that lay the foundation for our projects. Experience in concrete forming is a significant asset, but we are open to training the right candidate who shares our dedication to craftsmanship and quality.

Responsibilities:

- Install, level, and secure formwork for concrete pours.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate layout.
- Work with other carpenters, concrete finishers, and laborers to complete projects safely and efficiently.




- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve challenges on-site.
- Help ensure timely project completion while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a carpenter, with a focus on concrete forming (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Valid driver’s license .

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
