We are looking for an experienced Immigration Caseworker with practical knowledge of Canadian immigration applications. Experience with Canadian college/university admissions is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process PR and Temporary Residence applications, including Express Entry, PNP/OINP, work permits, study permits, visitor visas and extensions.
- Assist with LMIA applications and employer documentation.
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Maintain client files, track deadlines and communicate with clients regarding requirements and updates.
- Assist the RCIC/Immigration Consultant with case preparation and research.
- Handle college/university admissions, including program selection, applications,



LOAs and communication with institutions.
- Stay updated with IRCC and provincial immigration program changes.

Preferred: Previous experience working in a Canadian immigration consultancy, preferably under an RCIC, along with hands-on student admission experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
