Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using friendly communication skills and positive phone etiquette
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining cash handling security
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and assist with merchandising tasks to ensure attractive presentation
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently to foster loyalty and trust
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and excellent service flow




- Support inventory management by conducting basic math calculations for stock counts and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles with a focus on cash handling and POS operation
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash reconciliation
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including, weekends
