Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
- Assist customers with product information, store layout, and ongoing promotions or upselling opportunities
- Conduct product demos when necessary to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed through merchandising efforts
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction

Skills





- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances customer engagement
- Basic math skills for quick calculations and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising techniques, and retail operations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
