Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and correctly priced
- Manage phone etiquette when answering customer questions or providing assistance remotely
- Support team members with inventory management,

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and giving correct change
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
