Duties

- Greet visitors warmly and assist with check-in procedures, creating a positive first impression
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Manage phone calls professionally, directing inquiries or taking messages as needed
- Provide information about programs, events, or services offered, utilizing public speaking skills when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a welcoming space




- Assist with guest services by answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring a memorable experience

Experience

- Prior experience working with dogs is highly valued, but not necessary. Liking dogs is a must!
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Experience in dog daycare setting is an asset.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to speak confidently in public settings and engage with diverse audiences
- Previous guest services experience that demonstrates professionalism and friendliness
