We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Sales associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Lottery terminal proficiency
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Provide product demos and explain features to customers to support sales efforts
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Ensure the sales area is clean,



organized, and well-stocked
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Skills

- Experience with retail sales, cashiering, or POS systems
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
